Measuring two output power, +5 V is correct, +12 V was out of specification, why?

长城产品中多组(2组以上)输出机种，均有Min. Load之要求，使用前可先参阅规格书。当5V/4A,12V/0A时，12V输出电压偏高，约为12.8V已超出规格书上之±6%(12.72V)，此时12V若依规格书加入0.2A之Min. Load，则12V输出电压可降至约12.3V。
