由于EMI上的要求，使得一般POWER SUPPLY的输入端会经由一些滤噪声电容与FG(外壳)连接，造成外壳带电的现象。而此种现象，IEC60950-1中也有明确的规范，例如:信息设备之漏电流，必须低于3.5mA，而只要正确接地便可解决。
